Target of this issue is to move all our code from namespace Piwik to Matomo.

Acceptance criteria:

All PHP classes have been moved from namespace Piwik to Matomo
composer.json has been adjusted to define autoloading for namespace Matomo instead of Piwik
LegacyAutoLoader is still correctly in place to avoid possible problems when updating
