Matrix rooms representing Slack channels should be clearly identifiable as Slack channels. #51

This is a design thing. It's open to 👍s and 👎s.

Something like the screenshots posted in #12 is ideal to me. This is what I do, manually. I give each Slack channel or Slack user DM room a Slack icon colored by its workspace, Iprefix Slack channels' names with '#' and I don't prefix Slack users' names (Slack doesn't).

The Slack icon is ultimately enough to indicate that that Matrix room is a Slack channel, but to me, the Slack channel #general is not "general" but "#general"; the '#' is part of the name to me.
