This PR updates the java simwrapper contrib to include many features that have recently been added in simwrapper

  • Support for tabs on dashboards
    • The traffic count dashboard and analysis was updated to show one tab per configured mode
  • Support for new properties, e.g full-screen dashboards
  • The emissions dashboard makes use of new time-dependent xy plot
  • New OD dashboard for trips
  • Dashboards can now also be added via Guice bindings

Also, many thanks to @billyc for the new features and layout in the SimWrapper!
