RunPersonTripAnalysis's output is scaled by scalingFactor?

Hi, I am trying using the RunPersonTripAnalysis module to analyse the output of Berlin case (10%). I wonder whether the values of the output folder is sample sized or already scaled by scalingFactor? As I see the option to set the scalingFactor to 100 for Berlin 1pct and to 10 for Berlin 10pct.
