This is a small project and there's no reason not to update to modern tooling

Use vitejs to create a Vue3 + Typescript project
No yarn
convert each component from Vue2/vue-class-component to normal Vue 3
remove weird openssh/crypto build errors (maybe vite will already solve this for us)
