Missing examples static resource?

It looks like all the sample charts other than Kitchen Sink reference a static resource named examples. Is that missing, or something that I should be creating? I was at your presentation at Dreamforce and really appreciated the work you've done. It would be super helpful if you could post the deck you used here or on the DF session feed, I'm hoping to share it with some colleagues. Thanks!

Hey mprcic,

Thank you so much for your kind words and interest. I have been a bit
delayed but I am planning on doing my first major release on Saturday. This
will include a decent readme and anything that might be missing from the
demo. I will double check that the above is addressed when releasing.
