Read you blog on Stackoverflow and was really interested on how you actually use Stack Overflow and the art of asking good questions. As the co-founder of MatcHR, a recruitment outsourcing company, we help developers find jobs across the world. We use SO and Github to assess their skills and also to see what they are actually working on. As an entrepreneur I am constantly looking for new ways to engage with developers and for my recruiters to do a better job in helping them.
I wonder if you could help me what you think great questions are we should ask developers and also what my team could do to stand out and truly add value. Looking forward hearing from you.
Regards,
Adriaan

Hi Matt,
The question basically boils down to the following:
What good question should a recruiter ask an engineer?
What is the best way to approach an engineer and do you have any first hand experience what good looks like?
Really appreciate your time!
Regards,
Adriaan

Not really sure how to answer this. Could you explain what your goal is and what problems you have run into with your existing approach?
