We only publish images to internal GCP registry but ideally we should also have public images in GHCR. See https://github.com/matter-labs/era-test-node/pull/399 for the first half of the work.

This will improve UX in zkcli-in-memory-node as we can stop building images on users' machines and just pull from GHCR instead.
