Feature Request: Add filters for the transactions list view in the explorer

📝 Description
In Etherscan, we have filters when going through the transactions list, such as time duration from-to, search by address, or method of the transaction.
It would be easier for users to search transactions with these filters.

🤔 Rationale
With transaction filters, users will be able to find the specific transactions much faster.
