consul_advertise_address_wan should be an address, not a boolean #180

the Readme says it should be a boolean, but if it's a boolean, consul (0.6.3) will fail to start with the following meesage:

==> Error starting agent: Failed to parse advertise address for wan: true

according to the docs https://www.consul.io/docs/agent/options.html#advertise_addr_wan:

The advertise WAN address is used to change the address that we advertise to server nodes joining through the WAN
