- Design the organizational structure and make up for three new agile teams (Form Design and Submission Team, Modernization Acceleration Team, Payment Team)

Common Service Showcase Team (Jan 2019 to Nov 2020)
- Assembled and cultivated an agile team of seven members to conceive of and deliver modern evolutions of common software components
- In less than two years while I was the Product Owner, the Showcase team built and deployed the following
- Common service onboarding tool called GETOK
- Email and mailmerge api called CHES
- Document generation api called CDOGS
- The initial MVP of a hosted service providing free form design and submission capabilities called CHEFS
- Collated lessons learned and DevOps knowledge into an extensive Common Services Wiki
- Fostered a collaborative online community of likeminded product owners and developers who share the goals to build tools and components which improve the ability to rapidly deliver high quality business solutions
- Maintained a deep understanding of the Principles and Values of Agile and strive to influence the culture of the organization
- Co-facilitated monthly Agile Fundamentals courses, both in person and through distance learning methods
- Presented and facilitated biweekly demonstrations of new product capabilities in order to get feedback and adapt to the changing requirements of users
- Measured and tracked progress towards the return on investment on each product and for the overall service delivery of the team
- Created product roadmaps which clarify technological changes in the organization and provide a pathway for conducting system modernization on existing systems

- Tracked the team expenses and budgets, received and processed invoices, and monitored status of multiple vendor contracts
- Collaborated daily with a Scrum Team and participated in the standard scrum meetings (daily standups, backlog refinement, product design sessions, user feedback sessions, sprint reviews, sprint planning and biweekly retrospectives)

Mines Digital Trust Team (Nov 2020 to Jan 2022)
- Sr. Product Manager/Product Owner role with a focus on digital trust, decentralized identity, and verifiable credentials used in digital business to business transactions
- Same responsibilities and duties as the above team plus additional responsibilities as shown below
- Responsible for managing the project budgets, contributing to funding requests, business cases, contract negotiations, and hiring
- Product Management activities included stakeholder management and outreach to establish partnership and join opensource project communities
- The solution we built leveraged Hyperledger Aries (a distributed ledger technology) and supported the effort to prove the responsible sourcing of mineral resources
- Developed a proof of concept for the Mines Digital Trust ecosystem utilizing the Business Partner Agent software
- The Mines Digital Trust ecosystem was featured at three workshop sessions during COP26 in Glasgow and that work continues today with a recent presentation at Hyperledger's Climate Action & Accounting Special Interest Group
- Formation of an advisory board that includes membership from global Climate leaders such as the UN Climate Change Global Innovation Hub and the Open Earth Foundation
- Established the vision and initial scope for a product called Traction which will be the next evolution of the Business Partner Agent, with a focus on how existing line of business software applications can easily integrate with an enterprise digital wallet solution for issuing, verifying and holding verifiable credentials
