Hopen is developed with Ruby on Rails Version 2.3.5 and Ruby Version 1.9.1
So you need at least

Rails 2.3.5
Ruby 1.9.1

Due to performance issues, Ruby 1.9.1 is required to import .xls Files like the ATC 2010 catalog.

We did not test Hopen with any other configuration!
