Publish a docker image for using godot-hub on docker

Blocked by #6.

The base image may be based on Windows, Ubuntu and Alpine (may be need to add another arch for .NET).

Tags:

latest: latest image published
latest-alpine: latest image published for Alpine
latest-windows: latest image for Windows
vX.Y.Z: specific version based on Ubuntu
vX.Y.Z-alpine: specific version based on Alpine
vX.Y.Z-windows: specific version based on Windows
