Get Custom fields API having issue.

Hello,

I am trying to fetch the custom fields and facing error 409
[errors] => Array
(
[0] => Array
(
[code] => 409
[message] => The response has unexpected status code (409).

and main issue is also there its reloading the page.
Other APIs are working so it's not an issue of authentication.
so can you please provide solution for same.
