class="left" and "right" seem difficult, Pandoc doesn't seem to have a mechanism for aligning images
- Update LaTeX writer to align images jgm/pandoc#2724 (comment)
class="hidden" could just be stripped from the output?
class="warning" could be implemented with pulldown_cmark::BlockQuoteKind::Warning once pandoc alerts extension #117 is supported (or may be deprecated/removed once it can be expressed directly in block quotes?)
