Major new version of PyDamage including the following changes:

  • Counting and including G to A damage in addition of already existing C to T damage
  • Read Base quality rescaling using the damage model information
  • Switch to more numpy based operations in damage and alignment statistics calculations, accelerated with numba when possible
  • Fix of the coverage calculation in grouped mode
  • Default damage window is reduced to 13 bases
  • Print statements are moved to logging.
