Hi!

First of all, thank you so much for your work on Maybe. It’s really amazing and incredibly useful.

I wanted to ask if there are any plans to implement a feature for automatically syncing transactions in the future.
For example, this could work through APIs like GoCardless, similar to what Actual Budget offers.

Why is this feature important?

This feature would be incredibly helpful to automate the budgeting process further and minimize the need for manual data entry.

Until a few days ago, I was using Actual Budget, which is definitely a very powerful and feature-rich tool. However, I’ve found that the simplicity and immediacy of Maybe are perfect for my needs.

The only real drawback so far is the inability to sync accounts automatically.
Adding this feature would make Maybe perfect for my use case.

Hi! Our hosted version provides this functionality (via Plaid). A few people have been able to get that functionality working in a local, self-hosted environment, but for the time being, that's not officially supported.
