Feature Request - Virtual accounts / Flexible budget period with overflow

Hi,

I would love to see a sort of virtual accounts that sit on top of a deposit / saving account. Imagine you have one account on which your salary is coming. In order to manage the yearly or quarterly invoices for some utilities, I would like to be able to send a monthly sum onto my "invoices" account. in order to differentiate the different amounts, I need to differentiate to divide the money per category or virtual account. This will allow me to understand when paying the final invoice if the monthly amount sent every month for that "goal" was enough or not. the invoice would need to be flagged / attached to the corresponding virtual account / category to remove the corresponding amount.

It can be seen as a budget, without a strict monthly cadence, with the unused amount being rolled over the next month. What would be nice is if the budget can be specific to a single account.

Why is this feature important?

It's to extend the notion of budget to something not restricted to a monthly schedule / rotation. It will allow for quarterly or yearly invoice budgeting. As it's at least recurrent over 1 year, it's not either a budget goal to acquire something.

It's important to understand how much money was saved for each category / invoice, and also to have a correct total value corresponding to the bank account.
