In order to send an email to the employee that a contact request is ready, the register must be able to send a notification to an application. This notification must therefore be sent when a new object is created in Interne Taak.

Toegevoegde waarde / Added value

This way, the Interne Taak Afhandel component can reliably inform employees that a new contact request is ready. Other organizations (for example, the municipality of Utrecht) will also use this notification to inform other systems that a new task is ready.

I discussed this with Joeri already. If there are any uncertainties or questions, I would be happy to hear them. P.S. I am not a developer myself, so if I use any incorrect terms or miss a step, I would also appreciate hearing about it.

• The KISS community (as KISS municipalities will need ITA as well)
• The municipality of Utrecht (for their internal solution for handling interne taak)
