Auto-close sidebar & permanent pinned tabs

Description

As a user, I'd like the sidebar to disappear automatically when I move the cursor out of it so that I can have the full screen. Currently, the sidebar is permanent, and I have to manually close it if I want a full screen.

Secondly, I'd also like that pinned tabs apply to all windows, so I can take my pinned tabs everywhere — for some reason, Spaces isn't active, and I'm not sure if there's something I'm supposed to do to activate it.
