Dynamically swapping parent tab for tab group

Description

For a parent tab, and all the tabs in its immediate subdirectory, so long as they aren't also the parent of another subdirectory, give the currently active tab the option to collapse the group and become the current parent tab of the group in a single click instead of requiring the many clicks it takes to rearrange the tabs in relation with one another.
