We've made a recent change that at least temporarily makes this unrunnable on Glitch. I'm going to close this PR until I come up with a different approach that will run |

As an alternative to changing the hard-coded values to a new set of paid Heroku instances as in #30 , I got this and
binary-semaphorerunning on free Glitch projects.I did incorporate @panterarocks49's
telegroam.jschanges to match thebinary-semaphoreAPI.
