TQL projects filtering doesn't seem to work

i have this code block (based on this reference) to create my summary for all relevant projects;

SUMMARY PAST 10 DAYS
INCLUDE PROJECTS "pv-a1", "pv-auw", "pv-ddca", "pv-pprog"
EXCLUDE PROJECTS "other"
TITLE "Past Week"

however, i get this error message:

the documentation is not helping, as its approach directly leads to this error. the error message is also confusing, as it doesn't work with a single project to INCLUDE or EXCLUDE. not having both INCLUDE and EXCLUDE also doesn't help.
