Hey @mdlayher , thanks for creating this and NDP project!

I want to try creating something like NDP Proxy and Router Advertiser combined and CoreRAD implements most of the stuff I need, would you be open to allow importing (not sure the name of this, moving the code outside internal dir) it?

It is somewhat related to #22 and #26 but I don't think this feature is desired here, and I totally understand why

Since the project is v1 that means I would have to keep any exported APIs stable and I have never really given thought into what that might look like.

I would say your best bet is to use the NDP library as much as you can and copy pieces of CoreRAD's structure into your project as needed. It's fine to do so as long as the license remains intact on those pieces.
