min-inline-size is not a media descriptor

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

'min-inline-size' does not seem to work when used in media queries. I tried a number of ways to get it to work. Some searching confirms the issue. Changing it to 'min-width' made it work. I tried latest versions of Firefox and Chrome on Ubuntu.

What did you expect to see?

I expected the grid layout to work but it did not.

@estelle This was a search&replace error in #38005, right? inline-size is not a media descriptor. We need to restore them to min-width.

I am new to this project, so I am not an expert on this topic, but is the change just replacing the inline size with the min-width?
If so, I think I would be able to create a quick PR that resolves this issue.
