Update https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/GPUSupportedFeatures to include an entry for subgroups in the features table.
Update https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/GPUAdapterInfo to include pages for subgroupMinSize and subgroupMaxSize
Update BCD to indicate support for the above features in GPUSupportedFeatures and GPUAdapterInfo.
