Description

When reading through this page, I realized an error, so I decided to update a fix as well as remove any unnecessary commas, and also reword a section.

Motivation

Out of all the changes, the "to" in the first sentence is the most necessary. It is incorrect otherwise. (Also would suggest changing "continually" to "continuously", but I can discuss more with the reviewer if necessary).
