Hi Dr. He.
Unfortunately it is me again with the HPC compilation issue.
My IT team and I both tried to compile OpenFOAM-ADR version for days now but with no success. We have followed all steps, managed to load all relevant modules and source all environments. But we keep running into this error that I am posting below.
To compile ADR version of of OF, I made all the relevant changes given in this link https://dafoam.github.io/mydoc_installation_source_hpc.html for the bashrc files. The source code did the compilation correctly, but it is not able to create the shared object files (*.so files) so I suspect that there might be some linker flags that are missing.
I am attaching the log.make file here log_make.txt
Is there anything that might come to your mind which we could perhaps try? Please note - OpenFOAM compiled just fine without any issues and all the other libraries and modules have been successfully compiled. If we manage to get this running, then it would be very helpful for us.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
