Associated actions behavior

The exact idea of having dropdown menu on action, linked to a different programs is futile...
When user select (also by default) to execute action under the cursor Just Gestures reads the program under the cursor was, on toggle button pressed. If it is one that has a different actions with the same gesture — the exact different action should be executed.
