Cannot install support for QuickUMLS on Python 3.12 #60

QuickUMLS cannot be deployed on Python 3.12.

It has been reported upstream.

And a candidate fix has been proposed.

Hopefully, it will be merged soon and a new release happens.

Meanwhile, we should probably guard the installation appropriately.
