From latest Playwright action, in:

.caniuse > article > div > aside

Landmarks should have a unique role or role/label/title (i.e. accessible name) combination
The landmark must have a unique aria-label, aria-labelledby, or title to make landmarks distinguishable

Level: Best practice, moderate (Axe landmark-unique).

Not sure yet how what to do with it. Check landmark regions on WAI.
