Wind turbine performance issue

Issue description

Hello iam running mekanism mods on my 1.20.1 server whenever i place just single turbine it starts to lag when looking at them. I was looking into how to fix but no luck so far.

I use forge and i háve installed the mods to čase horror - chp1
