As the exam duration might/should be less than the booked time of the event there should also be a warning if the selected exam duration exeeds the booked time.

After team discussion the decision:
Deactivate the input option “end time” (only start time and duration)

  • Create admin setting "extratime" with default "30 minutes".
  • Remove end time from event form
  • Add hint that extra time is added automatically
  • Add duration+extratime to starttime to calculate endtime
