Updated version of Sidewalk Widths for NYC

Hi @meliharvey,

I updated the sidewalk width data for NYC using the latest file from the city (updated Apr 30, 2024) as there are some potentially interesting use cases for it right now with outdoor cafe licenses moving to the purview of the DOT.

Not sure if it is from the update or the threshold for removing short ends/simplifying but my final file is bigger than 100MB and unfortunately Github doesn't allow LFS to be used on forked repos, so I can't push the latest file on here. Since you have the tileset coming from your Mapbox account to display on sidewalkwidths.nyc, I wanted to share the updated file with you to see if you could update the site. You should be able to access it from a public GCP bucket
