Connect to external/existing airflow server

This utility plugin spawns it's own copy of airflow via docker. I don't see a URL parameter, so I am assuming that it doesn't support using an externally managed airflow server?

A production setup of Airflow is going to be independent of Meltano, and it's not clear if this plugin can be used for such a case.
