Chinese soil sensor help

So i have these cheapo soil sensors that use 433mhz. I cant seem to find any information about them other than 1 reddit post from a year ago that goes nowhere.
I was wondering if someone could have these decoded and added to this so everyone can use it. I have no experience with any of this so i dont know how to decode or any of that, and all my dongles are connected via home assistant so i dont have any command line access to them, so i was wondering if someone smart could help out.

I looked through it, Thank you very much! I dont know how you managed to find that fcc page, i spent days trying to find info about this thing and never could.
Do you have a paypal or something for your time?

The Manuel had the original supplier. With that I could check the fcc database and from there I could check the list of device the company has. It seems it is not too long on the market. And a lot of company rebrand the sensor.

I currently can't debug my code. I can't compile it. My coding skills are not good at all with C. And my active coding days are long gone...

Looking at the error.
I dont know any code, so i'm just spitballing. Looks like maybe its an error with the cmakelists.txt? Might need to look into it.

As an Update. I think I got it. At least I can get all the data from the sensor now. Some points still are open. To understand what might be the battery level and the light Classification table is not yet done. For example between High+(84) and High (79), in between there is the transition.
