bug: taxonomic level empty but parent shows one member #3

initially Rodents will be empty, but at Euarchontoglires there will be one member in Rodents

or https://pax-db.org/protein/1866788

the reason is that the API returns no tree at the RODENTs level: https://pax-db.org/api/proxy/protein/10090.ENSMUSP00000090820/ortholog_groups/RODENTS
and it's because 10090.ENSMUSP00000090820 is the only member on that level. at Euarchontoglires
