- Passengers must have been in New Zealand for 10 consecutive days before traveling to Cook Isl.
- Passengers must complete the "Online Contact Information" form at least 96 hours before departure. The form can be found at https://tinyurl.com/zacx95et.
- Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR or PCR saliva test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
- Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: Astrazeneca (SK Bioscience), Astrazeneca (Vaxveria), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sinovac.
- This does not apply to Cook Islanders. and permanent residents of Cook Isl.
