- Passengers are not allowed to enter.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals and residents of Chile;
- children and parents of nationals and residents of Chile. They must have proof of their relationship;
- spouses and partners with registered partnership of nationals and residents of Chile who were married or registered as partners in Chile. They must have a confirmation of their relationship issued by Civil Registry;
- passengers with a diplomatic or official visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile;
- passengers with a diplomatic or official passport;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), CanSinoBIO (Convidecia) Covieshield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac and Sputnik V. The certificate must be uploaded before departure at https://mevacuno.gob.cl/;
- passengers younger than 6 years traveling with their vaccinated parents/guardians.
- Passengers must arrive at Antofagasta (ANF), Iquique (IQQ), Punta Arenas (PUQ) or Santiago (SCL).
- This does not apply to:
- nationals and residents of Chile;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport.
- Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Chile.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 2 years;
- merchant seamen;
- passengers with 2 medical certificates with positive COVID-19 RT-PCR test results:
- the first test taken at least 10 days and at most one month before departure, and
- the second test taken at most 72 hours before departure.
- Passengers must complete an "Affidavit for Travellers to Prevent Coronavirus Diseases (COVID-19) (Declaracion Jurada)" at most 48 hours before boarding at www.c19.cl . They will receive a confirmation email with a QR code to be presented upon arrival. The confirmation email must state "Vacunas Validadas" for passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
- This does not apply to merchant seamen.
- Passengers must have travel insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses, with a minimum coverage of USD 30,000. This does not apply to:
- nationals and residents of Chile;
- nationals of Spain with an E-CHL/09 and E-CH/11 form.
- Passengers must undergo "Passenger Tracking" for 14 days or until they leave Chile.
- Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival; and
- are subject to quarantine for up to 7 days. Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival are subject to quarantine until test results are ready. - Passengers younger than 18 years traveling unaccompanied are subject to quarantine at home.
- Airline crew could be subject to quarantine for up to 7 days.
- This does not apply to:
- airline crew with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose at most 6 months before arrival;
- airline crew with a negative COVID-19 antigen or RT-PCR test taken at least every 7 days.
