Increase the speed of building the core project. It takes ~6 min to build the project in GitHub actions.

Most of the time spent compiling rust libraries and caching didn't work as efficiently as expected.

Possible ways цршср сфт improve performance:

try rust cache https://github.com/marketplace/actions/rust-cache
build project inside docker container - the build itself could be slower, but the docker caching mechanism could be very efficient in saving time on building libraries
