Each time I send an /alerts comment I get:

This chat hasn't been setup to receive any alerts yet... 😕
Ask an administrator of the Alertmanager to add a webhook with /webhooks/telegram/(123456) as URL.

…and I have that webhook in my config. (also, I'm receiving alerts correctly, it's just /alerts that thinks I don't)

Same problem here. I have set up webhook correctly and am receiving alerts but /alerts does not work

The user who's adminID is passed to the bot needs to write /start in that chat once, so that the bot is allowed to read and write into that chat and has the state of that chat in its DB.

I already have done that before. I can find this entry in my bot.db. This does not help to solve the problem. Bot still asks to setup webhook
