Data for testing

We have created a dataset that can be used for testing Titanlib. The set contains air temperature and precipitation observations for a set of stations in Norway for the hour 20190822T10Z and is used in the examples in the rest of this tutorial. The file that can be downloaded here:

Text observation files from Titantuner repository (our interactive interface for tuning Titanlib parameters) can also be used for testing Titanlib. Those files are used in these examples, showing maps of observations flagged by Titanlib.
