Child of #45
PNG is top priority. Other things that might be interesting are greyscale export (if using greyscale color map anyways).

Added a PNG writer (using libPNG) as of 00785c4a036d0fb05e20de58c4d3eee922685768.

Merge branch 'feature-ppm-output' into develop

Added PPM export (3-byte binary, type 6).
Added PNG export (libPNG).
Removed third-party BMP export.
Removed throw(..) and noexcept statements (pre-C++11).
