How to enforce domains instead of colostrips #3
Comments
Thanks for your interest in table2itol. Would it work for you if you ran
the script twice, once with -m and once without? The output file names
are supposed to be different, hence you would not overwrite the previous
output.

Thank you very much for your reply. I am using table2itol as part of a pipeline and do not know in advance how many different objects/options per column exist. That is why I do not know which value for m to select. An option like "always produce domains" or "produce domains for4 columns X-Y" would be great but is of coruse a very speciel wish. |
I am not sure whether you have tried -f. Could that perhaps be of any help?
|
Thanks for the hint. As I understood, the standard value fir -f is 1. When raising it, I get more colorstrips and less domains. I tried -f 0 but produced an error. |
Hi,
first of all thanks for a wonderful tool. My question is, how I can enforce table2itol to create domains for specific columns instead of colorstrips? I am aware of the -m option but I want to have control about specific columns.
Thanks
