Hey all!

I wanted to ask if it's possible to visualize barplots on the nodes of a tree, something similar to ancestral states visualization in R. I have a big tree (>500 tips) and R package based visualization (eg- ggtree) is not working properly.

Any suggestions on doing so on itol in R?
