Need "articlesCount" on List/Feed #35

Totally missed that there actually IS an "articlesCount" that's supposed to be returned by List/Feed endpoint.

The spec doesn't really say, but I believe it's supposed to be the total number of articles in the whole system.

mgroves added a commit that referenced this issue


          #35 added count via pagination with total count
