On other platforms not PCWIN64 this file would have to be re-generated..
Just checking it could be.. o
/cortex/segmentation/visualization/autoKLEE_colormap.mat

I do not understand the comment about PCWIN64, the file was the colormap generated by Sarah or Moritz(?) I guess and used for AutoKLEE. Should not be used in may cases (if at all). Did you get any errors concerning this file missing?

Just it won't run on osx or other architectures..
I was just wondering how it is created.. maybe delete and indicate from where.. not sure.. its minor

I still do not fully understand. The file is just a colormap (e.g. array of RGB values in a matlab save file). Can be open by drag and drop in Matlab. So I am not sure how it should 'run'. Maybe just a misunderstanding?

Sorry not RUN, but in Matlab the mat files are architecture specific... so on a 32bit its a different mat file, on my mac its different, on a linux box or other supercomputer again.

So the issue is just if someone tries (assuming they need to use it) on a different machine they will be surprised and puzzled..

Weird/Interesting. I was not aware of this issue. I have always copied between win and Linux without problems but I guess just on 64bit
