Hi,
I have just got a windows 11 laptop and put the latest Sirikali on it, when I unlock an existing encfs volume I get the unlocking dialogue I enter my password and click open.
Sirikali opens the volume and I can use it in explorer but the unlock dialogue doesn't close/go away its still on screen and greyed out none of the buttons work nor does the cross in the corner.
If I right click on the tray icon the unmount all and unmount all and quit options are available and do nothing.

The only way out is to reboot.
I have not had this issue on my Windows 10 or Linux boxes, any ideas?

Thanks Chris.

  1. Press "CTRL+D" while SIriKali main window has focus to bring up debug window.
  2. Try to unlock the volume and report any output you see on the debug window.

Thanks for the prompt response.

I have done as requested and the debug window shows the following

Favorites managing temporary entry: D:/encfs/SDp_Temp

Warning, Wallet Not Set

  1. Processing favorite entry: D:/encfs/SDp_Temp
  2. Failed to obtain password from wallet

Encfs: Setting Env Variable Of: ENCFS6_CONFIG=D:/encfs/SDp_Temp/.encfs6.xml

Command: "C:/Program Files (x86)/encfs\encfs.exe" "-f" "--stdinpass" "D:/encfs/SDp_Temp" "Y:" "-o" "rw,fsname=Encfs@D:/encfs/SDp_Temp,subtype=Encfs,volname=SDp_Temp"

I hope this helps.
Thanks Chris.

Encfs appears to hang, you are using encfs from where?

The problems probably lies with the version of dokany you are using.

When I first installed Sirikali I was getting errors about not finding encfs, I couldn't figure where to get enfs from for Windows so I ended up installing an older similar program which seemed to install encfs on Windows.
After that I was able to run sirikali but was getting the hanging issue.

After your last message I found the dokany website and installed the latest stable release 2.06.1000 but I still get the same hanging from Sirikali.
