Extrair o Frontend da pasta /app, para poder manter o package.json na mesma pasta do .git.

Critérios de aceitação:

package.json na mesma área do .git

Tarefas:

Remover os arquivos do frontend dentro da pasta /app
Corrigir os paths quebrados
Testar o App
