Configurable rows in the holosphere material overview #848

Feature description

I'd like to request a configurable row count (within reasonable limits, of course) for the holosphere's material overview UI.

I'm currently trying to add all materials from GregTech (133 ingots, 36 gems) to Tetra.
While scrolling the list sideways is possible, it is already getting rather long in my modpack, even without those materials added.

Could you please add a config option to increase the row count in the holosphere UI?

Here's a video showing just the current materials list (before these additions):

How it improves the player experience

This would keep the scroll distance more reasonable in modpacks with a large number of materials being added.

Tetra synergies

Allows for better usability when a large number of materials from mod/pack integrations is present.

From what I've seen a large number of available materials typically happens when addons or packs add every possible material available ingame to tetra, while there's typically only a handful of materials that are relevant at all times in a setup like that. I've added functionality for collapsing materials to deal with issues like that, vanilla tetra uses that for the basic wood types.
